We have just put a link to their website in our Links of Interest section, on the right-hand-side of this blog. Friends of Mexico is registered as an association. Tips for newcomers.
Every month, new Mexicans arrive in Perth. Let's give them a hand by sharing with them those tips that will make their lives easier. Things like: where to buy Mexican products, what to visit, where to buy a car, what do you think of the educational system, where to eat out, etc.

In September we will be celebrating the Bi-Centenary of the beginning of the Mexican War for Indepenpendence. Details as follow:

Venue: The Boulevard Centre, 99 The Boulevard, Floreat.

Date: Saturday 18th September

Time: 1-7 pm.

Cost: $5.00 adults, Children under 15 and FOMEX members free.

Food and drinks will be sold in a Mexican-style fête (Kermese).
