  1. We had a wonderful time, food was superb. For all of you that asked for the Horchata recipe, here it is:

    Makes 2 lts.

    2 tbsp. of Ground Rice
    2 tbsp. of Rolled Oats
    3/4 cup of caster sugar
    1 stick of cinnamon
    1 cup 2% milk
    7 cups of water (chilled)
    Ice to serve

    Soak the stick of cinnamon in half a cup of hot water for 10 mins and let stand to chill.
    Place cinnamon, water used to soak the cinnamon, ground rice, rolled oats, sugar and milk in the blender until you obtain a thick syrup. Using a fine strainer, strain the thick syrup into a large pitcher/jug then add the rest of the water. Serve with ice or let chill in the fridge for up to three hours. Note: Use on the same day you make it, since it will thicken and sour up by the next day.
